Jet Lag

Like all aspects of performance, planning is key.  Adjustment to the new time zone can start before you even leave home.

  1. My advice.... get back into your normal routine as soon as possible. If you have landed early in the morning try to stay awake to your normal bedtime.... I get back into a pattern quicker!

    Also learning from expereince if you are planning flights beware when they are scheduled early in the morning (e.g. 02.00am). This is effectively is the day before you actually fly!!!

    Otherwise you are going to have to find another way out of the country!!!
